How To Apply Online and Offline Passport

Login – on the Home Page of Passport Website will find Option for ‘Apply’.

if you are already register on website, you can login with your user id and password.
if you are first time user on website you need to register or create an account and generate your user id and password. for generate your user id and password follow the step—-

  1. Click on ‘new user/register’ option
  2. Fill the complete details in required field and submit.

Choosing Application Type
use your user id and password and login home page and choose to apply for.

  • fresh passport/passport reissue
  • diplomatic passport/ official passport
  • pcc police clearance certificate
  • identity certificate

Filling the Application Form
You can fill Application in Two ways Online and Offline.

Online:-

  • If you choose online you click on the link of fill online passport application form.
  • When you click on link you choose passport type from option
  • Fresh/reissue
  • Normal/ Tatkal
  • Book of 60 page or 36 page
  • Validity of 10 years or up to 18 years age or not applicable
  • Choose not applicable if you are an applicant over 18 years.
  • Choose 10 years up to 18 years of age if the applicant is a 15 to 18 years
  • Click ‘next’ icon at the bottom right
  • Now fill the all required field like, name, family details, present address, emergency contact, etc.
  • Submit duly filled form

You are required to provide genuine and complete details in your application form.

Offline – fill the Form Offline and Upload it

  • click the link of download the form in soft copy (acrobat reader need 9 or above for download the form)
  • download e-form
  • fresh/reissue
  • pcc police clearance certificate
  • identity certificate
  • diplomatic/official
  • click the link upload e-form

Scheduled, Pay and Book the Appointment

  • you will scheduled appointment visit psk passport seva Kendra.
  • retrieve partially filled form
  • pay and schedule appointment
  • print application receipt
  • view/print submitted form
  • track application status
  • track payment status

  • This initiates your payment process. it begins with ?choosing your mode of payments. you can choose from two payment methods
  • Online payment this is for payments via internet banking (sbi) or through card i.e. debit or credit card (sbi or others).
  • Challan payment this is for physical payment i.e. paying cash at an sbi branch or paying cash at a psk when going as a walk-in
  • Print arn receipt
